Standard Adrenal Cocktail

What you’ll need:

  • Orange juice
  • Fresh lemon or lime juice
  • Coconut water
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Coconut milk
  • Ginger (optional)
  • Cream of tartar (optional)

In a glass, combine your orange juice, coconut water, coconut milk and a pinch of salt. Cut a lemon or lime in half and add the juice of it to your glass. For added benefits, consider adding collagen! Or for more bubbles, replace half coconut water with sparkling water. 

Watermelon Mint Cortisol Mocktail

What you’ll need: 

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice 
  • 2-4 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey to sweeten (we prefer a bit less since it’s naturally sweetened with the watermelon)
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt/Pink Himalayan Salt 
  • 2 cups organic coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh watermelon, cubed and rind removed
  • 2-4 tbsp fresh mint
  • Optional edible pink glitter/sugar for fun

Start by cutting your watermelon into cubes, then add 1 cup directly to your blender.

Add in the lime juice, maple syrup or honey, sea salt, coconut water.

Blend until well combined.

Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl, which will filter out any seeds or pulp.

Add ice to a glass, then pour the juice directly over, reserving the remaining servings.

Stir in fresh mint leaves (about 1 tbsp per glass) and optional pink glitter.

Enjoy immediately, storing the remaining serving in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

*This beverage makes 2 large drink servings (16 oz +) or 4 smaller servings (8 oz each). If making a single serving you can always cut the recipe in half, or store the rest in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Spiced Apple Cider Mocktail

What you’ll need: 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple cider 
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed 
  • 1 tsp – 1 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey (adjust according to your sweetness preferences)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt/pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water or seltzer
  • Ice cubes 
  • Optional 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Optional garnishes such as cinnamon sticks, rosemary, star anise, orange or apple slices

In a large glass or shaker, combine all ingredients except the sparkling water, ice and garnishes and mix or shake until well combined.

Pour into your glass over ice and top with sparkling water or seltzer.

Add any additional garnishes and enjoy immediately!

Notes

*This recipe also tastes delicious warm. Just leave out the ice/sparkling water, add in 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream and simmer all ingredients over stovetop until warm, then either mix or blend to enjoy.
